ROCK YOUR SASSY DANCE CLASS! focuses on fun and sassy dance technique with a playful attitude. You’ll become aware of your body in a whole new way while increasing strength, endurance, flexibility, and more appreciation for your own sassiness and personal expression! Core strength, stylization and basic moves will be covered as well learning new steps to a routine each week. Every woman can do it; we start with the basics and a Pilates warm up. Bring a friend and let’s Rock our Sassy while keeping our classy! This class is taught by BEAT VIXENS director and Sacred Bodies Pilates and Dance studio owner Susie Kidd.

AMERICAN TRIBAL BELLY DANCE: Black Sheep Bellydance Format: 
Tribal Style belly dance's movements are inspired by folkloric dances of the Middle East, North Africa, Spain and India. The Black Sheep Belly Dance format of Synchronized Group Improvisation (SGI) is a method of improvisational choreography, using a vocabulary of belly dance movements and vocal and visual cues. In each class we will learn a fast and a slow move along with the cues to go into those moves. We will also learn the Zills (finger cymbals) patterns to go with the steps. By the end of the 8 weeks you will be dancing and playing your zills all in the moment! Come in and express yourself while getting a great workout and feeling great!
