(schedule is subject to change and classes may be canceled if there are not enough students)

 Monday 6:00-6:55 pm    Rock your Sass  Dance Class 
Expose your inner-Vixen!  Our Rock your Sassy dance class focuses on fun and sassy dance technique with a playful attitude. You’ll become aware of your body in a whole new way while increasing strength, endurance, flexibility, and more appreciation for your own sassiness and personal expression! Core strength, stylization and Basic moves will be covered as well learning new steps to a routine each week. Bring a friend and let’s Rock our Sassy while keeping our classy!

This class introduces you to your inner sass in a fun and safe environment. This dance class incorporates the use of a chair as a prop and extra stylization. Learn about your own body and muscles while exploring fun moves with the chair that focuses on expressing our vibrant selves. This class is perfect for self-esteem, increasing strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular health. Every woman can do it; we start with the basics and a Pilates warm up. We will then learn a sassy fun chair dance routine.  We promise you that you are going to be fun and feeling great! We'll be rocking our sass while keeping our class!

Beginning/Intermediate Mix          
Whether you're new to Pilates,ready to go further with your practice, or healing an old injury, this class is appropriate for you. Modifications are made to make it both more or less challenging depending on the needs of the individual.

Small Group Mat Classes
Receive individual instruction in a small group limited to 8 students per class. These fun and challenging mat classes will motivate you and give you a full body workout by incorporating a variety of small equipment. Modifications will be suggested to increase your workout or accommodate injury rehabilitation.

Private Equipment Sessions
Work one on one in complete PRIVACY with Sacred Bodies Pilates studio owner and  instructor Susie Kidd to create an individualized fitness plan and reach your goals. Take advantage of utilizing equipment such as the Reformer, Stability Chair, Barrels and Cadillac with a personal and private equipment session.

Duet Equipment Sessions
Share your love for Pilates with another in a completely PRIVATE duet equipment session. You and your Pilates partner will get a full body workout on both large and small equipment with the attention of a studio owner and instructor Susie Kidd.


Pink Ribbon Program 

Offering strength, self-esteem and quality of life to breast cancer survivors. Exercise may be the last thing you feel like doing after breast cancer surgery. You're probably exhausted, your arm may be painful and swollen, and the adjuvant treatments can make you feel even worse. All you want to do is rest. In the past, that's exactly what doctors recommended. However, recent studies indicate a link between moderate physical exercise and improved quality of life for breast cancer survivors.

The Pink Ribbon Program is dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive body image to all breast cancer survivors. The Pink Ribbon Program will help stretch and strengthen the shoulder, chest, back, and abdominal muscles, allowing women to regain full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery. This program is suitable whether your surgery was recent or several years ago and accommodates all fitness levels.

BENEFITS OF THE PINK RIBBON PROGRAM

   Improves self confidence and control
   Helps regain strength and mobility in affected shoulder and arm 
   Enhances energy levels and helps to control weight 
   Improves sleep and alleviates fatigue
   Decreases stress and tension
   Enhances physical and mental well-being

Pink Ribbon Sessions are available by appointment. Small Group Classes are still forming. If you have a group that would like a private class please contact Susie Kidd to set it up.
