BEGINNERS BASICS                            

Wednesday 5:30-6:25 pm   

New to Pilates and don't know where to start? Then this class is for you! Learn the basic fundamentals of Pilates and the beginning mat workout. You will instantly become more aware of your body and movement patterns as well as be on your way to your goals.  



Wednesday 6:30-7:25 pm

Are you ready for a deeper challenge in your Pilates practice? Try the intermediate class to step it up to the next level and feel your body in new ways.
Receive individual instruction in a small group limited to 8 students per class. These fun and challenging mat classes will motivate you and give you a full body workout by incorporating a variety of small equipment. Modifications will be suggested to increase your workout or accommodate injury rehabilitation.


Practice the method the way Joe Pilates intended and learn the original work he named "CONTROLOGY".

Practice Joe Pilates original mat work in the exact order with no variations or modifications

SPRING EQUIPMENT CLASS ($25 per class) utilizing Cadillac, Reformer and Chair Limited to 5

Monday 6:30-7:25 pm

Sunday 12:00-12:55 pm

​Practice in the original format where you learn the exercises and take yourself through a facilitated and supported workout across the main equipment.

2 private sessions or a workshop training are a pre-requisite for this class
